High Security Online Ordering

Yes, using your credit card at our website is safe! We use high security (256-bit) e-commerce services, so your transaction data is encrypted for maximum protection before it leaves your browser. This means you can provide your credit card information with absolute confidence that it will remain safe. Since our system is completely automated, there is no need for a human to see your credit card number.

To guard against the possibility of fraud, we may contact the financial institution which issued the credit card to confirm the identify of the card holder. We also log the customer's Internet (IP) address, which can be used to determine the physical location of the person placing the order. These steps are normal precautions that most online merchants use to ensure the safety of their customers and cardholders.

Protecting Your Privacy

You'll be happy to know that we respect our customers' privacy and we do not sell or rent our customer lists to any third party. The only exceptions would be the acquisition or sale of this website, or a court order compelling us to provide such data.

We may on occasion contact our customers to make them aware of special offers or discounts. We use a trusted email service provider to deliver our email newsletters, and we promptly honor all removal requests. We may also share your email address with a trusted third party, in order to solicit customer feedback after the sale.

We use Google Analytics to analyze our website traffic and collect anonymous demographic information about our visitors. Users may opt out by visiting the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Same-Day Delivery in U.S. and Canada

Flowers Fast does not charge an additional fee for same-day delivery, like some other online florists. Only our standard delivery charge applies, regardless of the delivery date you choose.

In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery by a local florist is generally available Monday through Friday if your order is received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's timezone - excluding peak floral delivery periods. Otherwise, next-day delivery is the norm.

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. Residential deliveries may be made as late as 7 p.m. During major holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 9 p.m. Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Please note: In order to save on delivery costs, florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

For hospital deliveries, please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

Orders for Saturday must be received by 4PM EST on Friday to guarantee Saturday delivery. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not be available in certain areas, as some florists are closed, or close early. (See notes below on Sunday deliveries.)

Flowers can not be delivered to PO boxes - we must have a valid street address. Delivery in some rural areas may not be possible, or may require an extra charge. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

For International orders (outside the U.S. 50 states and Canada) please allow three full business days for your order to arrive. U.S. territories such American Samoa, Guam, Midway Island, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands are considered International destinations.

UPS/FedEx Deliveries

When indicated on the product description page, we will use UPS or FedEx Overnight service to make delivery. UPS/FedEx delivery is NOT available on Sunday or Monday. Please click here for important details on FedEx/UPS shipping.

Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge. A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.

Sunday Deliveries

Delivery service is usually NOT available on Sundays, since most florists are closed. Items requested for delivery on a Sunday may be delivered the day BEFORE or AFTER the date requested. If this is not acceptable, please specify in the comments that we should cancel the order if delivery on the requested date is not possible.

Peak Floral Delivery Periods

IMPORTANT -- At peak floral delivery periods, such as the days preceding Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, please order at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Items requested for delivery near a holiday may be delivered the day BEFORE or AFTER the date requested. If this is not acceptable, please specify in the comments that we should cancel the order if delivery on the requested date is not possible.

Requests for AM or PM Delivery

For US orders received at least two business days in advance (excluding peak floral delivery periods), we will be happy to honor requests whenever possible for AM delivery, PM delivery, or delivery by a specific afternoon time (e.g., by 4:00 PM). Please note, however, that in some cases delivery may not be possible within the specific time constraints requested, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Sorry, we cannot accept special delivery time requests for FedEx/UPS or international orders.

Was My Order Delivered?

The members of our global FTD floral network are reliable professionals, and we trust them to deliver each order on time. Most florists do provide us with electronic delivery confirmations, and when they do, we immediately forward those to you via email. Even if you do not receive a delivery confirmation, you can safely assume your order was delivered on the date you specified, subject to the exceptions noted here regarding Sundays and Holidays.

If you are not sure a delivery was completed, PLEASE contact the recipient first and ask if the item was received. If you find that an order was not delivered on time, do contact us and we will check with the assigned florist right away.

Payment Options        

Charge your online purchase with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We also take payment via Paypal. Flowers Fast does not charge any extra fees for credit card orders. Prices for each item are displayed online in U.S. dollars. Delivery charges as shown apply to each item purchased.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us or the delivering florist within 24 hours of receipt of product, by email or phone, and we will cheerfully provide a replacement or make other appropriate arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been delivered, contact us by phone or email. In cases where an order is cancelled because delivery was not possible on the requested date, we will refund the full amount of the order.

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided on the order form, we will refund your purchase price, minus the assigned florists' cost of goods and delivery fee.

Items Displayed Online / Substitution Policy

For your shopping convenience, a wide variety of popular items may be viewed online. Each of these beautiful gifts is individually designed with the freshest flowers available, and many are offered in a variety of sizes and prices to meet differing budgets. Of course, while the items shown are all representative of overall style, color scheme, and value, specific flowers and containers may vary in some cases due to design interpretation, availability, or to meet our quality standards.

Special requests (specific flowers, colors, containers, etc.) will be passed on to the delivering florist, but are not guaranteed (while they will do their best to accomodate). For best results, if you have a special request, please place your order 72 hours in advance.

In some metro areas, the price of flowers may be significantly higher than the prices given on this website. If this is the case, we will contact you for permission to change your order.

Communicating With You

If you make a purchase, we will send you an email confirmation of your order, and a separate email which serves as your credit card receipt. We may also send occasional post cards via mail, as well as promotional emails, with special offers and discounts. If you wish to opt out of promotional emails, use the link provided at the bottom of that message to unsubscribe.
