What you'll find here are the common and standard rules of commerce by which most companies abide. No surprises, dark secrets, or gotchas, but we encourage you to read them nonetheless. We've even translated them from legalese into English!

The goal of this web site is to provide you with access to our wide selection of floral and gift products. Of course we will always do our best to serve you, so we want you to know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. With that understanding, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established these Terms of Use. By accessing any areas of this website, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below.

Privacy, Security and Delivery Policies

Our policies concerning your privacy, the security measures we employ, and our delivery policies are set forth on our Flower Ordering and Delivery page. The policies described therein are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that use of this service is at your sole risk. Neither the Company, nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors, vendors or the like (collectively, "Associates"), warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company does guarantee that your floral arrangement will be of high quality and will stay fresh for several days after delivery. In the event of a problem, the Company's sole maximum liability will be not more than to refund the purchase price or to replace and deliver an equivalent floral arrangement as soon as reasonably practicable.

Translation: We and people we rely on to deliver your order will do our best for you. But if something goes wrong, we'll either refund your money or replace the product. If your girlfriend breaks up with you because she doesn't like the flowers, well... you may have gotten a bargain in the long run.

All products are made and delivered by 3rd party vendors and not by the Company. Every effort is made by us to ensure that the product is delivered “as shown”, however, often the product may vary slightly due to local traditions, craftsmanship and availability of materials.

Translation: Don't expect the item delivered to look EXACTLY like the picture on our website. Real humans make and deliver these items, not robots.

Under no circumstances shall the Company or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing items for sale by the Company be liable for any damages that result from the use of or inability to use this service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Company's records, programs, or services.

Translation: Again, we promise to do our best for you. But if some unexpected error occurs, and your mother writes you out of the will because the flowers arrived a day late, we're not responsible.

The Company's Rights

Translation: We value your privacy, so we'll never divulge your personal information unless the law requires. That's never happened since we started back in 1997, and we don't expect it ever will.

Online Conduct

Translation: Don't do anything stupid, mean or illegal here.

Termination of Usage

Translation: Be nice. Or we'll kick your butt outta here.

Applicable Laws

Translation: If you're from some strange place where it's illegal to order flowers, please don't use this website.
